Introduction
Meditation has been activated day to day life part actually everyone wants to meditate every early morning because they think that it's a great idea to be stillness and feel confident and comfortable in entire day but it is really myths actually you first have to know what is the meditation and how does it work and what are the right ways of doing meditation .
As I have already seen that people just sit and start saying like om or some other words which has been told to them to practice and they do that and expect more results or outcomes from doing that however it's not the right way of meditating to say om or some other words can change your inner world because you have started chanting om and or something other words so
what is the exact thing to do that your meditation will be responsible and successful do you really want to make sure that you want satisfaction results from your meditation let's get ready and let's get started now
There are three steps to meditate
We must know that what are those three steps to meditate faster, more effective, much more easier
First step
Forgive and forgiveness
Yes you will be definitely thinking about the forgive and forgiveness because if you are not really feeling high inside so how would you be able to connect with universal energy.
To connect with universe energy you just need to list the people named to whom you have hurted, troubled, tortured sometimes.
Now you have already made list of the people and starts to apologize them with high and pure heart not just temporary feelings. There should not be any kinds of grudges in your entire heart.
Forgiving them
And the next work which you have to do is to make list of those people who has hurted , trouble, ignore sometimes tortured you badly now you have to forgive them and make clean your heart and feel counciousness inside purely and clearly.
Just forgive them and now you are completely inocent by heart and by soul as well now you began to feel completely fine and light because of forgiveness. Having grudges and hatered, jealous, criticism you are really very heavy with your negative feelings and emotions now you have changed .
Self forgiveness
Now you have apologized from others and forgive to other people now the next step is to self forgive because you have harmed yourself, intentionally
or unintentionally,
Sometimes you speak more negative words opposite yourself.
You yourself can forgive you are sinners and no one else except you can forgive you
You will also have to forgive yourself with good feeling because sometimes you have no idea how much hurted yourself.
Now you are completely pure from your inside out and out side in
Third step is to prayer for every human who have helped you other way
Now the third and last step to be ready to meditate well that is to prayer for other people who sometimes helped you , like doctor, former, soulder, car driver, vegetables seller, teacher, delivery boy as well because these people are really to be thankfulness they help us every day and every moment in our life without any discerning.
You see you are sleeping comfortable and tightly not because of your successful life because army's and shoulder who are awakening on boarder so that you can sleep easily and comfortablly.
You see you are having good and nutrition food in your plate every day from where does this good food come someone is sweating out in sunlight then there is good food in your plate and your family plate as well so you think they deserve good life and good health and wellness or not so pray for them with full heartedly and blessings
If you pray for them happiness will automatically comes to your home and even in your life.
Now you yourself are completely inocent and pure by heart and you are in peak performance state now you are completely ready to do meditation and get results from your meditation.
